Our Favorite Places in Lakeview for a Winter Warm Up

Hot ChocolateChicago winters can be cold! Although December has been fairly mild, the colder days are sure to come soon. Fortunately for those living in the Lakeview neighborhood, there are some great places to pop into for a quick warm up. Below are some of our favorites.

Bittersweet

Bittersweet is a fantastic pastry shop and cafe located at 1114 West Belmont, Chicago. While they’re a good place for a sweet treat any time of year, their hot chocolate is great on a cold winter day.

They also have fairly simple, but great breakfast and lunch menus. Delivery within Chicago and catering for events and weddings is also available.

The Peggy Notebaert Nature Museum
