COVID-19 Information & Resources

Wirtz residential has taken a number of steps to ensure the health and safety of our residents during the COVID-19 pandemic. The health and safety of our residents and employees is our priority.

Residents

Thank you for your cooperation during the COVID-19 pandemic. We are following all federal, state and local guidelines for cleaning and safety. Hand sanitization stations are available throughout our buildings. During this time, we ask that you follow the following procedures:

• Please wear a mask in your building regardless of whether or not your vaccinated.
• Contact your health care provider if you feel sick or have a fever.

Leasing

We are currently offering in-person and virtual tours to those interested in living in one of our communities. Masks are required for all in-person tours. Our leasing representative will also be wearing a mask. Only two guests are permitted on each in-person tour.

Photos, videos and virtual tours of units are available, as well as FaceTime/Zoom tours. To schedule a virtual tour, please email leasing@wirtzres.com.

Management Office

The Wirtz Residential management offices are currently open with limited staff. Our office is not currently open to the public. Residents can reach the management office by phone or email.
