I would recommend Wirtz to anyone moving to Chicago. Consistently, you’re going to be in a vintage building that’s maintained better than other vintage buildings I’ve seen in Chicago.
No other landlord I am aware of in Chicago offers the level of apartment quality/location for the price. The on-site manager and building maintenance at 2970 N Sheridan are truly awesome. The agents in the rental office are always as helpful as they can be.
There are SO many reasons why I have stayed in the same apartment for over three years now! Perfect location – to the lake and to my work. If I’m ever experiencing any issues the staff is super efficient about taking care of it ASAP.
