Driveway
We are excited to announce the completion of our new driveway at 3240 N Lake Shore Drive. The work is scheduled to be completed on December 9. Thank you for bearing with us over the last couple of months while we worked to improve our entry/exit points into the garage.
Landscaping
We are preparing to add new landscaping to the perimeters of 3240 and 3260/70 Lake Shore Drive. These improvements are scheduled to take place in February. We will be planting perennials in a new mulch bed. We will also add pavers to go with the new fencing that is currently going up along Melrose, down Lake Shore Drive and along Aldine.
As many of you have noticed, we have installed Pressbox in the laundry room at 3000 N Sheridan. Pressbox is a convenient app for your smartphone that lets you drop off your dry cleaning 24/7 at a convenient location. They’ll pick up your clothes and notify you when they’ve received them and when they’re ready. You can pick up your items at anytime at the same location you dropped them off at.
