As of December 6th, the Evanston Indoor Farmer and Artisan Market will be held every Saturday from 9:00am-1:00pm until April 25, 2015. It will be held at the Ecology Center at the Ladd Arboretum, at 2024 N. McCormick Blvd., Evanston, IL.
The market will include fresh produce, grown locally, “farm fresh eggs, cheese and free-range meats will also be available.”
Locally produced Artisan breads and pastries will be for sale, as well as a selection of prepared foods such as soups, pastas, tamales and veggie burgers. Knife sharpening and specialty teas will round out the offerings at the market this year.
There are 30+ vendors, including: The Baked Escape, C&D Family Farms, The Cheese People, Endless Greens, Geneva Lakes Produce, Lake Breeze Organics, Nichols, Organic Pastures, Patz Honey, Pet Chef, River Valley Ranch, Roedger Bros. Blueberries, Sheekar Delights and more.
